Refund & Return Policy


Refunds will only be for credit towards future purchases- no cash refunds.

Returns & Claims:

Any requests for the return of goods purchased from Revoc Performance must be made within Seven (7) days of receipt of goods. No returns will be accepted after 7 days. Contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) that will be issued over the email with supporting evidence and your invoice number.

Returned goods must be in NEW and UNUSED condition and in the original packaging via sender’s preferred delivery mode. All Products may exchange once.

If the merchandise has been installed on the vehicle, it cannot be returned. If the merchandise is being returned because of a shipping or packing error made by Revoc Performance, then Revoc Performance will only reimburse the buyer for the actual UPS Ground or U.S. Postal Service 1st Class shipping expense.

Customers who refuse an order will be held responsible for return freight to Revoc Performance as well as the original freight.

In rare circumstances that your product is missing from your order, please report to on the day of delivery and we will happy to assist. Revoc Performance reserve the right of final decision if the product returned is in unsatisfactory conditions or the above terms are not met.

Freight Claims:

All merchandise should be thoroughly inspected by the customer upon receipt. If any shipping damage is found, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. All claims to the carrier must be made within three(3) days of receipt of goods, supported by a bill of lading and invoice
