Revoc Performance maintains normal business hours from 10.30am-5pm,MYT (GMT+8) Monday thru Saturday and mainly on appointment basis to avoid longer waiting time and is open on most major holidays unless is stated with a notice in our major platforms.
Domestic Prices:
All prices show in our price list, catalog, website and other platforms. All prices are subject to change without prior written or oral notice. All orders are invoiced at price in effect at the time of shipment. Revoc Performance is not responsible for any incorrectly printed product descriptions, part numbers, or prices.
International Pricing:
All prices are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and do not include freight charges. Prices and freight charges are indicated on the invoice for each order. Preferred payment method is Visa, Master Card. Payments received via credit card incur a 3% processing fee on the total order value, including shipping.
Density of a package is one of the factors affecting the shipping rate. The volumetric weight of a package is an index reflecting the package’s density. A less dense package generally occupies more space, in comparison to its actual weight. Thus, shipping rate is determined according to the actual weight or the volumetric weight, whichever is greater.

Terms:
Standard Terms are C.O.D., Certified Money Order or pre-approved credit card purchases only. Personal checks cannot be accepted under any circumstances. Customers who refuse an order will be held responsible for return freight to Revoc Performance as well as the original freight.
Orders:
Please allow 24-72 hours to process all orders from time of receipt. Upon orders, the customer is responsibilities on its own orders base on their own needs.
Duties and Taxes:
International orders are subject to duties and taxes. The recipient is responsible for payment of applicable duties, taxes and other fees. Gift orders may be assessed duty depending on the country. Please contact your Customs office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items.
